Application
For a metallic effect in grout, add 3% Mapecolor Metallic to Kerapoxy Easy Design. This mixture is ideal for grouting metal tiles and other surfaces with a luxurious finish. Preliminary tests are recommended, especially for stone materials, polished porcelain, and porous or rough surfaces.

Technical Specifications

• Mapecolor Metallic is available in handy, pre-measured 90 g sachets, equivalent to a 3 kg bucket of Kerapoxy Easy Design.
• Available colors: Moonlight (platinum), Sahara (gold), Shining (silver), Red Clay (copper), Stardust (dark gray).
• When mixed correctly, it results in a glossy, decorative joint mortar that visually enhances the surface.

Instructions for use

1. Mix components A and B of Kerapoxy Easy Design.
2. Then add Mapecolor Metallic within the recommended limit of 3% of the total weight.
3. Mix manually with a trowel and then with a slow speed mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture and minimize dispersion of the fine powder.
4. Use the mixture within 45 minutes of preparation.

Important Advice

• Never use more than the recommended dosage of 3% to avoid affecting the workability of the joint mortar.
• Not suitable for swimming pool applications or immersion in water.
• Since the pigment is very fine and volatile, it is recommended to mix it outside or in a well-ventilated area.

Consumption
Consumption depends on the desired aesthetic effect, but is usually approximately 3% of the total amount of Kerapoxy Easy Design.
