Ordering tiles has never been easier. In our user-friendly webshop, you can quickly choose the perfect tiles for your project – whether it's a bathroom, kitchen, floor, or patio. Thanks to clear product photos, specifications, and filters, you'll easily find the right style, size, and color.
Made your choice? Add the desired quantity to your shopping cart, fill in your details, and choose one of our secure payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, or credit card. We'll then ensure fast and careful delivery to your home , directly from our warehouse.
Ordering a product is very simple, we will explain it below.
Step 1: Select products
Place a product of your choice in the shopping cart. After you place a product in the shopping cart, you will receive a notification that the product has been placed in the shopping cart.
Step 2: Shopping cart
Once you've placed the product in your shopping cart, go to the Shopping Cart page by clicking the icon in the top right corner and then clicking "View Cart." This will take you to the shopping cart, where you'll see the products in your cart, the price, the shipping costs, and the "Continue to Checkout" button. Check the products in your cart and, if everything is correct, click through to checkout.
Step 3: Address details
At Mozaiektegel.com , you don't need to create an account to order a product—perfect! You can now enter your address details directly. Please note, however, that we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. If you want a different shipping address than your billing address, click the box on the right under "Ship to a different address." If you want the shipping and billing addresses to be the same, leave this box unchecked. Then scroll down; at the bottom of the page, you'll see the exact order details. Double-check that everything is correct. Now you'll arrive at the payment method, which will be explained in the next step.
Step 4: Payment method
Now you can choose how you want to pay for your order. You can pay via iDeal, bank transfer, PayPal, or Bitcoin. For more information about payment, please visit the payment page. If you choose iDeal, simply select your bank. Click "Complete order" to access the secure payment environment you selected. Follow the instructions for your chosen payment method.
Step 5: Finishing
After paying, you'll be redirected to Mozaiektegel.com . If you'd like, you can double-check your order. If anything goes wrong, please contact us immediately, and we'll resolve it quickly. Once you've completed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
