You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason, which is considerably longer than the statutory period. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for the return costs from your home to Mozaiektegel.com.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Mozaiektegel.com with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you must register your return by emailing klantenservice@mozaiektegel.com . In your email, please include your order number, the product(s) being returned, and your own details.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving the returned products, provided the product has already been returned in good condition. The refund will usually be in your account within three business days (these three days may be in addition to the 14 days).

Exceptions
We would like to point out that certain products are excluded from the legal right of return: custom-made items, samples, or products with other clearly personalized characteristics; and products that can spoil or become obsolete quickly.
