About data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), the security techniques we use, and who has access to the data. We have a Data Processing Agreement with all our partners, which stipulates that they may only use data that is necessary for each party's services.

Our online store is developed using WooCommerce software, and we have chosen Hostner and Cloudways for our web hosting. Personal data you provide to us for the purposes of our services will be shared with these parties. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Hostnet does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email communications confidentially.
Postmark app
Postmarkapp is a service that sends transactional emails from the website on behalf of Wizkom VOF. Transactional emails are messages sent to an individual user as a result of an action on the website. In the case of this webshop, this primarily concerns emails sent after placing an order. For example, we send an email to confirm your order and another to confirm that your order is being processed.
Postmarkapp stores all data on its secure servers for 45 days. Emails that cannot be sent, known as "bounces," are stored for up to a year for troubleshooting purposes. After that, they are deleted, and only a few fields are retained, such as the recipient, sender, date, and subject. This information is retained to prevent spam and to help users trace a sender if they wonder why they are receiving certain emails.
