We ship all our products with DPD or PostNL, unless it's a pallet shipment. Because we understand that you'd prefer to receive your products the next day, to provide a solution to your perspiration problem as quickly as possible, we've chosen the delivery service that can almost always guarantee this speed. We charge a standard shipping fee, so you'll never encounter any surprises.
Shipping via PostNL
If a product is ordered before 12:00 in our webshop and it is in stock, it will be sent to PostNL that same day. PostNL will collect the order the next business day and deliver it the following day. If you order on Saturday, this could mean that PostNL will collect it on Monday and deliver it to your home on Tuesday. If a package is shipped, PostNL aims to deliver it the first business day after the day of delivery. If no one is home when PostNL delivers the package, they will make two more attempts to deliver the package. You will receive a note in your mailbox. If delivery is not possible on both occasions, the package will be held at the nearest PostNL office. You can pick it up there. The package will be held at the office for three weeks before being returned to Mozaiektegel.com .

Once we've registered your package with PostNL for shipment, we'll receive a Track & Trace code so we can track it. We'll send it to you as soon as we receive it. You can use your Track & Trace code to log in tomijnpakket.nl . For more information about Mijnpakket, see below.

With your Track & Trace code and postal code, you can log in tomijnpakket.nl . On mijnpakket.nl, you can track your package online, from order to delivery. You can change the delivery location and time if you're not there when the package arrives, and you have an overview of all your orders.
Delay?
While PostNL strives to deliver all orders the next business day, delays can still occur. However, if this takes longer than three business days, please contact us, and we'll investigate the issue for you.
