Applications: Coba Grout CGM300 is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications and is suitable for grouting ceramic wall and floor tiles, (glass) mosaics, and natural stone with joint widths ranging from 2 to 10 mm. This grout is specially developed for use in areas with underfloor heating, dries quickly, and after curing, provides a waterproof and slightly flexible joint. CGM300 is perfect for grouting tiles in both dry and wet areas.

Instructions: For optimal results, the substrate must be clean and dry, free of any grout or adhesive residue. Apply Coba Grout CGM300 only after the grout or adhesive has sufficiently cured. Thoroughly clean the tile surface beforehand.

Application: Mix 5 kg of Coba Grout CGM300 with approximately 1.1 liters of clean tap water (for a 20 kg bag, add approximately 4.2 liters of water). Use a clean mortar tub or bucket and mix thoroughly for 1 minute with a suitable mortar mixer. Apply the grout with a grout float or trowel, filling the joints completely. Depending on the substrate and tile absorption, allow the grout to set before re-sponging the joints with a sponge float. Avoid puddles forming in the joint during re-sponging to prevent discoloration. Smoothing with a clean, wrung-out sponge gives the grout its final surface texture. Always apply the mixed grout within 60 minutes. The working temperature should be between 5°C and 25°C. If in doubt, always test the grout or contact our technical support department. Clean tools immediately after use with (warm) water.

Consumption: Consumption varies depending on the tile size and joint dimensions, but is generally between 0.25 - 2 kg/m2.

Post-treatment - Drying: The curing time of Coba Grout CGM300 depends on environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, substrate, and tile type. The grout is usually ready for use after 24 hours, and any film can be removed with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid excessively rapid drying in drafts and direct sunlight.
